Powernice is a high-tech enterprise that integrates the research, design, production, sales, and service of industrial-grade high-precision intelligent actuators and dampers. Its products are applied in various fields such as photovoltaic and solar thermal power generation, medical equipment, intelligent equipment, new energy logistics vehicles, and robotics.

Powernice traces its origins back to 2002 when a group of young individuals introduced advanced electromechanical product technology concepts to China and began developing intelligent actuator products. Officially established in 2018, Powernice relocated its headquarters to Ningbo after investments from Shanghai Jinpu, China Aluminum Fund, and Ningbo Government Fund in 2021, forming Ningbo Powernice Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.

With a production, research, and office area of 30,000 square meters established in the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone of China, Powernice has set up a global sales center. It has also established overseas factories in Vietnam, a subsidiary in Las Vegas, USA, and offices in Italy to better serve its global customers.
